All prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST.
1. Only pay when you send
There are no monthly fees and no hidden fees. For each campaign you send with more than 5 recipients, you pay a flat delivery fee of $35 plus 5 cents per recipient. Any campaigns you send to 5 or less people during your free trial are free of charge.
So let's say you're sending an email newsletter to a database of 500 subscribers. To send this newsletter, you will be charged $35 plus 5 cents for each recipient, $25 in this case, making a total of $60 (+ GST).

2. Setup
We set up your account and give you some initial training and assistance via email or phone to make sure you are comfortable with the system. This includes helping you load your email databases and advice on how best to structure your campaigns. This is a once only cost per client.

3. Choose a design
You need a template for your emails you can re-use any number of times.
For a one-off cost we personalise a professionally designed, built and tested template of your choice with your logo and colours, or we can custom design a template for you:

If you are interested in more than one template, for example one for a newsletter and one for a press release which work together, please talk to us for a reduced rate per template.
Example
To have a personalised template created with with your colours/logo, have your account setup for you and then to send out to 500 email addresses:

Further Campaigns
So, any future mailouts will only cost the campaign cost of $35 plus 5c per email, for example to 500 recipients will then cost only $60 ($35 + 5c per email). Again, only pay when you send - no ongoing or monthly fees.
